Four men arrested in connection with armed robberies at cell phone stores in Indianapolis and Ohio

HENRY COUNTY, Ind.– The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) says four men were arrested in Indianapolis in connection with armed robberies at four cell phone stores.

Kashawn Morrow, 26, Christopher Davis, 23, David McGhee, 25, and Darrin Bell, 27, are facing charges after their arrest during a traffic stop on I-70, east of Indianapolis.

Davis and Morrow

Members of the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force were on the suspects’ trail after they allegedly robbed a Verizon Wireless store at 1833 West Main Street in Troy, Ohio at gunpoint.

In addition to that robbery, investigators say Davis and Morrow committed three separate armed robberies of Sprint cell phone stores in Indianapolis.

“I don’t know precisely what they’ve been doing with them or what their intentions were with them. But a lot of times those are very expensive pieces of equipment. You go to the cell phone store and you

Police investigating two murders just blocks away on same Indianapolis street

INDIANAPOLIS — It’s been a deadly week for one near east side Indianapolis neighborhood.

Police are investigating two murders this week that took place just a few blocks away from each other on the same street.

A handful of flowers and crosses sit outside the home where Stefanie Coulson was murdered this week.

Friends admit Coulson struggled with drug problems, but her personal demons aside, she is sorely missed.

“She was truly loved by a lot of people,” said friend Christina Abrams. “It’s horrific.  I can’t believe they did that to her and it’s heartbreaking.”

Christina has known Coulson for years.  Police won’t say what led up to the murder, but did arrest a suspect, 35-year-old Karl Woodall for the killing.

“I hope rots in hell and spends the rest of his life in prison for what

Court: Families of serial killer’s victims can sue detective

An Ohio appeals court says the families of the victims of a convicted serial killer can sue a police detective who they say failed to properly investigate an earlier case against the Cleveland man.

The ruling involves the case of Anthony Sowell (SOH’-wehl).

Sowell was convicted in 2011 of killing 11 women and hiding the remains in and around his home. He was sentenced to death.

Several family members of his victims say a detective failed to thoroughly investigate a complaint from a woman who said Sowell attacked and raped her a year before the bodies were found.

Their lawsuit says Sowell could have been stopped from carrying out several murders if the case had been handled properly.

The city plans to appeal the Thursday ruling to the Ohio Supreme Court.

This is how to spot a serial killer

They may seem perfectly normal on the outside – but, deep down, they are holding secrets.

How often do you hear the phrase “I can’t believe it was them” or “I don’t know how he could have done it”?

From Harold Shipman, to Rose and Fred West, the UK is sprinkled with ghastly details of prolific serial killers.

All of these – as well as high-profile US serial killer Ted Bundy – all managed to maintain an air of apparent normality, with something sinister bubbling beneath the surface, reports Mirror Online.

But there are a few tell-tale signs, according to experts.

Dr Elizabeth Yardley, Director of the Centre for Applied Criminology at Birmingham City University teamed up with Real Crime magazine, and they have unveiled the characteristics that may unmask what real serial killers look like
